TPBPM has a carefree environment, friendly Ates and Kuyas, great projects, lots of food, and we are able to freely move around and express our ideas and selves. Also, our ates and kuyas let us work independently. They tell us what to do and leave us to do it and when we have a questions we can just ask them, they do not supervise us like kids who needs their work to be looked at everytime which is something I don’t like because I can’t do my work when someone’s on my back.
