You will receive a confirmation email within three days if your application has been considered. If your application meets our requirement, one of our staff will get in touch with you to schedule a personal interview.

 Internship for students taking International Studies, International Relations, Social Work and other related courses

 REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Resume
  3.  Letter of Recommendation from your college/department
  4.  Short essay explaining your answers to the following questions: a. Why do you want to be part of the Teach Peace Build Peace Movement?  b. How can you contribute to the organization?
  5. Please note: Essay must not have less than 200 words.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1.  Undergraduate student majoring in International Studies, International Relations, Social Work and other related courses
  2.  Interest in non-profit management, community development, peace building, and the peace process
  3.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4.  Background in conducting researches
  5.  Passion to be of service to others
  6.  Interest in current affairs
  7.  Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
  8.  Creative and flexible
  9.  Socially-conscious
  10.  Organized, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conducting researches related to the organization’s core subject matter: Peace
  2.  Providing assistance for organizational events and projects
  3.  Attending general meetings and participating in brainstorming sessions
  4.  Representing the organization in events and activities with confidence, credibility, and enthusiasm
  5.  Other administrative works as directed by supervisor

 Internship for students taking Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations and other related courses

 REQUIREMENTS:

  2. Resume
  3. Letter of Recommendation from your college/department
  4. Short essay explaining your answers to the following questions:

  1. Maintaining online tools, fact checking and conducting researches related to the organization’s core subject matter: peace
  2.  Maintaining the media contact database
  3.  Fielding public inquiries about the organization and media requests for experts
  4.  Tracking and recording media mentions of the organization
  5.  Assisting in the communication requirements of the organization, as assigned by immediate supervisor
  6.  Generating content that delivers the organization’s core messages to intended audience
  7.  Providing assistance for organizational events and projects
  8.  Attending general meetings and participating in brainstorming sessions
  9.  Representing the organization in events and activities with confidence, credibility, and enthusiasm
  10.  Other administrative works as directed by supervisor

Internship for students taking Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Graphic and Web Design, Visual Communication, Information Technology and other related courses

 REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2.  Resume
  3.  Letter of Recommendation from your college/department
  4.  Portfolio (Print and/or Online)

 Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, HTML or Flash Animation

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Graphic and Web Design, Information Technology and other related courses
  2.  Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  3.  Experience in broadcast design software such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  4.  Knowledge in 3D software such as Light Wave, C4D, or After Effects 3d feature is a plus
  5.  Knowledge in Web Design and Management, and IT programs desired
  6.  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once in an organized and efficient manner
  7.  Must have a creative eye and be able to make dynamic and effective content by delivering the message to the organization’s target audience
  8.  Experience in creating marketing collaterals a plus
  9.  Capable of translating the organization’s objectives into compelling artistic compositions by utilizing appropriate design principles
  10.  Self-motivated and has a positive attitude toward his/her task/s
  11. . Strong communication skills

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1.  Working closely with the Communication Group to ensure consistency of designs with the organization’s core messages
  2.  Conceptualizing, designing, developing and animating broadcast design projects for the organization such as IDs, animated banners, promotional and marketing materials
  3.  Conceptualizing and developing Flash/motion graphic content according to specification
  4.  Other responsibilities may be assigned
