13 students from the Create and Learning Paths School underwent a formation session with the Teach Peace Build Peace Movement Team. The formation session aims to equipped the students with relevant knowledge on Servant Leadership and be empowered with the proper peace values and sense of responsibility. These shall serve as guidance to the CLP Student Council in resolving conflict through productive and peaceful strategies, create conditions conducive to peace and effectively contribute to building peace in their school and community.
It also aims energized and inspired to meaningfully lead and participate in the mission for peace as young servant leaders. The importance of having a unified voice shall also be emphasized as they carry out creative and strategic action plans that ensure sustained children and youth engagement in current peace efforts and increased impact within their school, community and country and to foster camaraderie at a deeper level amongst fellow student council officers by knowing more about their stories and bonding with them.
